Travelled solo for photography and visit Hampi, the best and calmest place to stay in Hampi which has a natural pool to take a dip in the river water. Food is great, people wrote it's expensive but i felt it was worth it. The staff are polite and greet you every time they come across and take care of clients. Food ordered will be late considering the season and the busy time of the day but when requested it will be expedited. Akash was caring and checking on everything needed.. good hospitality from all of the staff kudos. Food can be delivered faster but it's understood when the restaurant is busy.

Wonderful experience - lovely swim in a clean, magical river paired with delicious food made for a truly memorable day. I didn’t stay here we got a ferry from the other side of the river. But if I return to Hampi I WOULD stay here. Staff were so friendly AND that have a coffee machine!

Best hostel I had in India! Sunny the manager and the rest of the stuff are super nice and happy to help in any problem. The hostel is practically in the middle of the nature, so beautiful and has private access to the river in a gorgeous point! And the common area is an amazing place to chill and meet other travelers.

During my recent trip to Hampi, I stayed at this beautiful riverside resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The location itself is stunning – right on the riverbank, with serene views that made me feel relaxed. The atmosphere is both peaceful and vibrant with river on one side and green paddy fields on the other, making it the perfect escape from the usual rush. The hosts are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel their warmth and hospitality. Their genuine care and attention to detail added so much to the overall experience. What made this resort even more special was the great music they played were set the perfect mood by the riverside. Combined with delicious Thukpa – fresh, and flavorful – in the evening like a treat. If you’re visiting Hampi, I would highly recommend this resort. Whether it’s for the stunning location, the amazing food, or simply the vibe created by the hosts, it’s the kind of place i want to visit again and again.

Great experience to begin with..stayed with wife and kid... mantu, pradeep and yuvaraj.. all the caretakers are awesome not to mention then awesome chefs who prepare amazing food. The location is the best in sanapue with river access where you can chill out with the sun gazing on you. The hut cottages and tent are basic and neat which does the job.

If you’re looking for a place to relax and meet new people, this is the place you have to be, amazing vibe, staff who make you feel at home, along the banks of the Tunghabhadra river granting you a view of the calming waters and surrounding rocks, just 3 kilometres from the Hampi ferry point. Perks you get to play with amazing dogs and cats.

Perfect Blend of Nature, Vibe, and Comfort! Our stay at White Sand Hampi was truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip! Nestled beautifully along the river shore, the place offers an incredibly peaceful and refreshing vibe especially during sunrise and sunset, when the entire atmosphere feels magical. We stayed in their tents, which were surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Each tent had a fan and charging point, making it both cozy and convenient for travelers. The tariff of around ₹800 per tent felt absolutely worth it for the experience we had. The ambience and vibe of the place are its biggest highlights calm, scenic, and filled with good energy. The property also has ample parking space, a bonfire facility, and a lot of open space with fresh air all around. The kitchen deserves a special mention the food was top-notch, flavorful, and freshly prepared. From the starters to the main course, everything tasted excellent, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even guiding us with local sightseeing options around Hampi. They also serve beer, but no outside alcohol is allowed, which keeps the environment neat and well-managed. The only small downside was the common washroom facility for tent guests, which can be slightly inconvenient during peak hours. Apart from that, everything was perfect the stay, the vibe, and the service. Overall, White Sand Hampi is a fantastic stay option for backpackers, friends, or couples looking to unwind in nature’s lap with great food, great vibes, and great hospitality!

What an experience! Loved the place and fell in love with the people from the first moment on. It's beautifully located near the river where the amazing sunset can be seen. All the locals are super nice and the manager makes you feel good everyday. I was welcomed with a very warm hello and couldn't have asked for more. Also the service in the restaurant is exceptional as well as the food. Any time again! Hope to see you soon!
